Facebook Goes Bad

I used to love facebook; it was simple and practical. It had none of the rubbish cluttering up similar social networking sites like MySpace but now it has all gone terribly wrong.

When I logged in the other day for the first time in a couple of weeks I had about 30 requests for applications. I used to login and get one or two requests and now that is ruined by the new clutter of applications, which are pointless and are just annoying. I’m am seriously considering leaving the site completely and would think other people feel the same!

Facebook… sort it out!!!

Mmm. I wouldn’t go as far as wanting to leave the site (it’s still excellent and the best of it’s kin) but applications have ruined it somewhat.

They’d work better with just a little tighter regulation, I think…

I hate face book! My account was hacked the other day by some unknown person and now he is making a hell out my account. I tried contacting the face book guys but they are not doing anything against him. I mean what kind of cooperation is that.

Yeh I agree. I thought the applications would be good, but there’s too many of them and too many pointless ones!

I’m hoping that with time people will stop using the pointless ones and they’ll die away leaving only the useful ones…

Mate, I was searching for Outlook and Facebook (to get something to synch between the two) and your link was number 9 on the front page. With my name on and everything. Argh!

Boo to applications, I ignore them all. I like facebook still though. Just found what i was looking for:

hey! i like facebook! it’s cool, but still what do you think about it and it’s danger?? a few weeks ago you could google yourself, and even if you didn’t have an account you could see everyone!! what do you think about that?

Facebook is the biggest waste of time…if I want to talk to someone I will call them, like a normal human being! I would rather spend my time LIVING my life rather than reading about other ppl’s lives..like seriously who cares what everyone is doing!
